Mopi (“the Software”) is proprietary software. Buying a license through an authorized store (Lemon Squeezy, or another channel the developer names) grants the rights below. It does not transfer ownership.

1. License grant

If you pay and follow this agreement, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, for your own use.

2. Restrictions

Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the Software or your license — including the binary, license key, or download link.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where the law says you may anyway.
Do not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Do not use the Software for anything unlawful.

3. Ownership

The Software, including character art, animations, sounds, and code, stays with the developer. This is a license to use it, not ownership.

4. Updates

The Software may check for and install updates. Updates follow this agreement unless a separate one comes with them.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Software. Total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the license.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow the store you bought from (for example Lemon Squeezy’s standard refund policy), unless there is a separate written agreement.

8. Termination

This license ends if you break this agreement. Then you must stop using the Software and delete every copy.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer-protection law where you live requires otherwise.
